I've been happily married for 34 years, blessed with two beautiful children and three wonderful grandchildren.
I just recently found a way to get my old self back… and "I can't tell you how great I feel today compared to 2 months ago!"
In my 20's and 30's, it was all so easy.
I used to
Have boundless energy that lasted all day
indulge in all my favorite foods
Never gain an ounce no matter what
Effortlessly maintain a slender figure without exercise
Feel confident in slim fitting clothes, and my swimsuit!
But that all changed... around my early 40's.
After 40, Everything Took A Downward Spiral.
